Can you supply references?
Yes, we can supply you with customer references, we have some on our website (click here), we can also supply you with customer telephone numbers if you would like to speak to them.

How long does it take?
Depending on what work your having done depends on the time. Loft ladders from a couple of hours, storage jobs from 1-2 days, mini conversions from 1-2 weeks, full conversions from 5-6 weeks. A more accurate time can be given once we have measured up. 

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.

Do you gaurantee your work?
Yes, we gaurantee all of our work.

Do I need planning permission to have a velux window?
In most cases you do not need planning permission in some rare cases you may need to get permission.

What type of loft ladders are there?
There are two types of loft ladder aluminum and timber.

I want to convert my loft into a room, but I'm not sure if it can be done?
Just give us a call and we will come and have a look, we will be able to tell you within a couple of minutes from arrival if it can be converted.

My loft hatch is in an awkward place and its difficult for me to get into the loft?
We can relocate your loft hatch to a more suitable location within a couple of hours.
